Introduction The implementation of successful telecommunications management network (TMN) and overlay Operational Support Systems (OSS) projects, as defined by the Telemanagement Forum Telecommunications Operations Map (GB910), continue to be the exception to the rule at most Telecommunications Operators today, especially in Southern Africa and neighbouring countries. OSS Technologies was founded to address this need and to primarily supply cost effective Operational Support System (OSS) and Integration Services to the South African and African marketplace.
